GoPro Cloud links are importing again, chapters and all
GoPro Cloud share link imports have been broken since early August. They work again from today, and long sessions that split into chapters now come across as one analysis.
The engine wasn't giving him the kick
Roman was driving well. The engine wasn't. We borrowed one and broke into the 39s. Engine insights now sit on the same lap as the camera so you can see a drop-off instead of guessing.
Pick a HUD look. Then burn it onto the lap
The Video Editor now has extra looks for the HUD you burn onto a lap. Donut gauges, LED ladders and speed overlays, with font, colour, background and size you set yourself from the GPS your camera already logged.
Your whole DJI session now counts, every chapter
DJI splits long recordings into chapters, and until now only the first one kept its telemetry. Now the whole session uploads, chapters linked automatically and every lap timed.
The note stays on the lap they just ran
Team plans are live, and Duo's the small one for a parent and their driver or two mates sharing a kart. You mark the clip, they'll write back on their own results page.
Your overlay just got weather!
The Video Editor now puts gauges where you placed them. You can also drop air temp, wind and track temp from that lap onto the clip.
Hire a kart. Your lap still counts
Hire karts don't come with an engine you can register. They still come with a lap time, and that time now shows on the public boards next to everyone else in your class.
Sharper transparent overlays for DaVinci and Premiere
There's a new transparent overlay format built for video editors. Sharper edges in DaVinci Resolve and Premiere, plus a free way to test your layout before you render every lap.
GoPro's share links have lost their download button
GoPro share links still have no Download button, and links that worked in July lost it too. Here is what happened, why it was never your settings, and why Race Ninja link imports work again anyway.
