Fourteen Countries, Five Continents, Zero Manual Setup
Race Ninja auto-detects karting circuits from the GPS data in your GoPro or DJI footage. Upload a session from any track in the world and it gets added automatically. The platform now covers 75+ circuits across 14 countries and five continents, all added by racers, not by us.
Someone in Shenzhen uploaded a session from Xtreme Speedway last month. A few weeks before that, footage came in from two karting tracks in Bulgaria. Before that it was Denmark, then India, then a kart racing centre in Kyiv.
We didn't plan any of this.
Race Ninja auto-detects circuits from the GPS data inside your GoPro or DJI camera footage. Upload a session from a track we haven't seen before and it gets added to the platform automatically. Your laps, your track, instantly recognised. No filing a support request. No waiting for someone to manually add it.
That's how we ended up with circuits across 14 countries and five continents. Not because we planned some grand international launch. Because racers kept showing up with cameras strapped to their karts in places we'd never heard of.

How Auto-Detection Works
Every video you upload contains GPS position data recorded by your camera. When Race Ninja processes a session, it reads those coordinates and checks whether they match a circuit we already know about. If they do, your laps are matched to that track and you get full analysis against its existing sector layout.
If they don't match anything? We create a new circuit entry from your GPS data. The track boundaries, the lap detection zone, the sector positions. All generated automatically from how you drove. The next person who uploads from that same track gets the full analysis too, with their laps compared against the same sectors.
That's why the list keeps growing without us doing anything. Every racer who uploads from a new venue effectively adds that venue to the platform for everyone who comes after them.
Why This Matters
Most karting analysis platforms require tracks to be manually added to a database. You check a list. If your track isn't there, you're stuck. File a request, wait, hope someone gets round to it eventually.
That approach doesn't scale. There are thousands of karting circuits around the world. Club tracks, arrive-and-drive centres, hire kart venues, private test tracks. Nobody is going to manually catalogue all of them.
Auto-detection means Race Ninja works at any circuit on the planet. Your local club track that nobody outside your county has heard of? It works there. A karting centre you found on holiday in Spain? Works there too. A brand new track that opened last week? Upload a session and it's live.
The Ripple Effect
Something interesting happens when the first person uploads from a new country. It opens the door for everyone else there. Their session creates the circuit entry. The next racer at that track gets an existing track with sectors already defined. They tell a mate. That mate uploads from a different track in the same country. Suddenly there are two circuits, then three.
That's exactly what happened in Bulgaria. One upload from Haskovo. Then a second from Pautalia in Kyustendil. Two completely separate tracks, two different racers, within a few weeks of each other. Neither knew the other existed on the platform.
The UK started the same way. One track, then five, then twenty. Now there are over sixty British circuits on Race Ninja and the number goes up most months.
Countries We're Watching
We can see from our analytics that racers in Australia, the Netherlands, Ireland, France and South Africa are visiting the site regularly. Someone from each of those countries is going to be the first to upload. When they do, their local track goes live for everyone.
If you're racing in a country that isn't on the list yet, you have a genuine opportunity to be the one who puts it there. Upload a session and your circuit becomes available for every racer who follows you.
Be the first at your track. That's a pretty good feeling.
What You Get at Every Circuit
Whether it's Whilton Mill in Northamptonshire or Shenzhen Xtreme Speedway in China, every circuit on Race Ninja gives you the same analysis. Automatic lap detection and timing. Colour-coded sector breakdowns. Racing lines plotted on satellite imagery. Speed and g-force telemetry. Head-to-head lap comparison with synchronised video. AI coaching with corner-by-corner feedback.
The track doesn't need to be famous. It doesn't need to be an international venue. It just needs one person with a GoPro and a few minutes on track.
Fourteen countries. Five continents. Seventy-five circuits. And every single one was added by a racer, not by us.
