  • System might be busy — When many users are uploading at the same time, videos are processed in the order they arrive.
  • Manual review needed — Occasionally, videos need a quick manual check from our team to ensure quality results.

What You Can Try

First, give it a little time. Most videos process within 5-15 minutes, but some can take up to 30 minutes.

  • Check back in 15 minutes — grab a coffee, review your session notes, and come back
  • Refresh the page — sometimes the status updates don't appear until you reload
  • Check your email — we'll send you a notification when processing is complete
