How do I create a team?

Last updated: January 30, 2026

Teams let you share analyses, collaborate with coaches, and track progress together. Here's how to get started.

Creating Your Team

Follow these steps to create a team:

  1. Click Team Manager in the sidebar
  2. Click the Create Team button
  3. Enter your team name and description
  4. Click Create to finalize

Once created, you'll be the team Manager and can start inviting members.

Inviting Team Members

After creating your team:

  1. Go to your team's page in Team Manager
  2. Click Invite Members
  3. Enter email addresses (one per line for bulk invites)
  4. Select their role (Manager, Coach, or Driver)
  5. Click Send Invitations

They'll receive an email with a link to join your team. If they don't have a Race Ninja account yet, they'll be prompted to create one.

  • ✅ Everyone can track team progress and leaderboards

Teams work best when everyone actively participates. Encourage drivers to share analyses regularly and coaches to provide timely feedback.
