Larkhall Circuit International is the longest and arguably the most prestigious kart track in Scotland. Located just off the M74, it is the spiritual home of Scottish motorsport—legends like David Coulthard, Dario Franchitti, and Allan McNish all cut their teeth here with the West of Scotland Kart Club.

Tips for New Drivers

Dress for the weather. Larkhall is outdoors so you'll want layers in winter and sun cream in summer. These karts are properly fast. Smooth inputs matter more than aggression here. Arrive at least 15 minutes before your session for the briefing and to get kitted out. Wear closed-toe shoes and clothes you don't mind getting a bit grubby.
