About Kartworld Skegness

Kartworld (ISK) is a favorite among serious rental karters in the North West. Situated in Burscough, it avoids the "family entertainment centre" vibe in favor of pure racing. The track is a substantial 650 meters long and features two flyovers (bridges), which is rare for indoor circuits. The surface is tarmac/concrete with high grip levels, and the karts are tuned to be responsive.

The circuit offers 2 different track layouts ranging from 300m to 650m, with adult karts reaching 40 mph.

Tips for New Drivers

Dress for the weather. Kartworld Skegness is outdoors so you'll want layers in winter and sun cream in summer. Arrive at least 15 minutes before your session for the briefing and to get kitted out. Wear closed-toe shoes and clothes you don't mind getting a bit grubby. Don't eat a massive meal right before racing. Trust us on this one.
