About Bedford Autodrome

PalmerSport is widely considered the world's best corporate driving event. Located at the massive Bedford Autodrome complex (a former airfield designed by F1 driver Jonathan Palmer), the facility is huge. While the main attraction is driving Formula 3000 single-seaters and Le Mans prototypes, the Karting Challenge is often the most competitive part of the day.

The circuit offers adult karts reaching 50 mph.

Facilities include Conference Facilities, Food Available, Kart Shop, Licensed Bar, Parking and more.

Tips for New Drivers

Dress for the weather. Bedford Autodrome is outdoors so you'll want layers in winter and sun cream in summer. These karts are properly fast. Smooth inputs matter more than aggression here. Arrive at least 15 minutes before your session for the briefing and to get kitted out. Wear closed-toe shoes and clothes you don't mind getting a bit grubby. Don't eat a massive meal right before racing. Trust us on this one.
