About Kartodromo Internacional Lucas Guerrero

The biggest kart circuit in the Valencian Community, set in the dry inland hills at Chiva about 30km west of Valencia. The 1,428m track is 9m wide and technical, with wide corners and chicanes that suit the non-gearbox classes that race here.

It has become a regular on the FIA Karting European Championship calendar, opening the 2024 season for OK and OK-Junior and returning in 2025 and 2026. The IAME Winter Cup runs here every year too, drawing big international entries early in the season. The F1-grade Circuit Ricardo Tormo is only about 10km away.

Tips for New Drivers

The Valencian sun is strong and the circuit sits at around 320m of elevation, so the air can be cool while the track bakes. Hydrate before your session and watch the grip come up as the asphalt warms. Rental karts reach about 100km/h and the on-site school runs proper theory and practical classes. The Winter Cup in the early season is a good target if you want to test yourself against a travelling field.
