How do I cancel my subscription?

Open Billing from your profile icon, choose Manage Subscription, and cancel in the billing portal. The whole thing takes less than 30 seconds.

You keep the plan you already paid for until that period ends. Cancel on 15 May when the renewal is 1 June, and you still have access through 1 June.

How to cancel

1. Open Billing: Click your profile icon in the top right, then select "Billing"
2. Manage Subscription: Click the "Manage Subscription" button
3. Cancel: You'll land in the billing portal. Select "Cancel Subscription"
4. Confirm: Follow the prompts to confirm

After the period ends

The account moves to the free plan. What each plan includes, and how long an analysis stays editable, is on the pricing page and in what's included in each plan.

• Videos you already uploaded stay on the account
• Leaderboard entries stay
• An MP4 you already downloaded stays on your computer

Changed your mind? You can start the subscription again from the Billing page.

If a payment failed or a charge looks wrong, contact support before you cancel. We'll look at it.
